And yet so much of daily life asks you to hold it all together. To stay on top of things, stay composed, stay in control. The clinging to that control is exhausting in ways that are hard to name, because it has become so ordinary. You stop noticing you're doing it. You just notice, somewhere underneath, that this fluid and free energy in you has gone very quiet.
Into Flow is your invitation to get her back. Not through pressure, not through discipline, not through studying.
But through the oldest simplest route there is: your body. your senses. your nervous system holding all the magic and waiting for you to reconnect.
Your wild flow of life, and shift your way of being into the remembrance of ease.
From the bottom-up. And the inside-out.

THE PLACE
Soul Farm · Arrifana, Portugal
Soul Farm sits on the wild coast of southwest Portugal, where the land meets the ocean in steep cliffs.
A special spot that combines the contrast of rough edges and strong rock backbones with soft valleys, rivers and trails that show us, wordlessly, what flow and ease actually look like.
I’ve consciously picked this land as part of the methodology. Your nervous system will begin its work the moment you arrive, before a single session has started, simply by being held in a place like this, and to be mirrored the rawness and ease we can find within ourselves.
This is an open-air retreat that is in full touch with the elements of nature. The yoga deck is open to the sky. Meals are eaten in the fresh air. The paths down to the coast pass through cork oak and cistus and the particular silence of a place that doesn't rush.
And then there is the Atlantic. You will hear it before you see it. Feel it in your sleep. In your moves. Its rhythm underneath yours, its scale re-calibrating the Flow in you that is waiting in your Nervous System to be released and alivened.
We travel to the place you might have forgotten exists.
Nothing new, nothing crazy.
Just the simple act of of moving pleasure, speaking from the heart, feeling it all.
Being all you and enjoying every little bit of it.
Being here, right now, together.
THE PRACTICE
Somatic Yoga & Deep Nervous System Rest
INTO FLOW is born out of a seeking for integration.
Each day is structured gently around the invitation feel more, think less.
The layered practices taken from Yoga, Somatic healing, and deep organic nervous system work are weaving a mosaic pathway for our senses to reconnect to their network and pick up the goodness within and around. More than a teaching, the sessions and workshops are facilitated as spaces to awaken ourselves back to our innate capacities of connection and self-organisation in a way our nervous system can understand and integrate - even after you return back home.
The red thread that leads us through the week is the essential shift from the protections of control, gripping, worry, and maybe anxieties, towards the ease, flow, and trust that is inherently natural for us but may be forgotten in the demanding lives we live in.
THE SENSORY ARC
we move…our daily thread of a Somatic Yoga morning practice on the open-air deck. This is where we check in, meet our bodies, our energy, our mind and emotions, and bring everything into the Flow, the waves, the rhythms of breath and life.
we touch… workshops in intuitive Zen self-massage and conscious self-soothing. Learning to offer your own body the quality of attention it has been waiting for.
we smell… Aroma-Yin sessions with essential oils, where breath and stillness and fragrance open the body into longer, deeper release.
we listen… an immersive Sound Journey experience of sound and vibration that moves through the body, dissolving what the mind holds tight.
we watch… feeding our eyes with the lushness of conscious nature walks - facilitated to free our nervous system from the agendas and come alive in the present.
we go in… Cliff meditations at the edge of the Atlantic, where the ocean meet the rocks and our mind dips into the heart.
and we go out… The ocean, our teacher, is there all week to guide us in finding the fluidity and effortless depth we are craving in our feminine body.
we taste… fresh organic food eaten outdoors with a pinch of salt in the air. Tasting slowly, finding pleasure, as nourishment rather than fuel.
we rest… sleeping in the land, canvas over you, under the birch trees, to the sound of the Atlantic and the stars above your bed.
