I offer coaching services and digital products designed to support personal development and growth. My services may include one-on-one online coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, online resources, and downloadable digital products such as eBooks, courses, and guides.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments: To schedule a coaching session, please contact me at elena@bendyminds.com or use the booking system on my website. Appointments are subject to availability.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session's fee.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, I will charge the full fee for the session without a refund.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees: The fees for my coaching services and digital products are outlined on my website or provided upon request. Fees are subject to change, and I will communicate any changes to you in advance.
Payment: Payments for coaching services and digital products are due prior to the first session unless otherwise agreed upon. I accept payment via credit card and bank transfer.
5. Refund Policy
Fees for coaching sessions are non-refundable except in cases where I am unable to provide the agreed-upon services. Digital products are non-refundable once purchased once outside the 14 days Money-Back-Guarantee. 6. Confidentiality
I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and coaching sessions. All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or with your explicit consent.
I have the right to use case studies of client situations and results or client testimonials in future work, but without making reference to your identity. I will always contact you for notification prior to any case study or testimonial being published. You will not be identified by your full name.
7. Guarantee Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your own progress and outcomes from the coaching services I provide. You recognize that achieving success relies significantly on your own efforts and actions, and that I cannot influence or control these aspects. Therefore, I make no guarantee or warranty that the coaching program or digital products will meet your specific requirements or that you will achieve the same results as others.
8. Termination
I reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship or access to digital products at any time if I determine that continuing the services is not in the best interest of either party. You may also terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees for sessions completed or products accessed up to the date of termination will be payable, and no refunds will be issued for sessions not attended or digital products already delivered.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I and my affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of my website or services. My total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or my services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services or digital products giving rise to the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on www.bendyminds.com, including text, graphics, logos, digital products, and other materials, is my property or that of my licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from my website or digital products without my prior written consent.
