In this session, we facilitate the first essential shift from the cycles of anxiety into your reference point of inner safety, where your nervous system can relax and you’ll get back into the driver seat. From there we’ll map out your pathway of getting back in control over your life and your next clear steps to help your system find back to balance.

This one-off session can be a stand-alone spiralling-relief or the entry point into a longer-term Resiliency Coaching together.

And then there’s this uncomfortable feeling underneath all the chaos, a nagging, lurking energy that’s just waiting to creep up when you least expect it, sending your body into a spiral of too much, too fast, too intense. A sensation that’s so overwhelming that you’re doing your best to ignore it, to calm it, to keep it down, yet you feel it can’t be controlled.

Of course you end your days feeling depleted and frustrated. And as much as you’d really need to rest and recover, your body won’t ease the tension, no matter how hard you try.

You’re living in a nervous system that stays on high alert, even when nothing is technically wrong.

It’s not just you. We’re living in a mad time.

I’m Elena, and as a Somatic coach I know that what you’re going through is not a failure, nor a weakness, nor something you ought to blame yourself for.

We’re living in an age where we are asked for far more that we can naturally provide. We’re expected to keep up with the insane pace our lives have taken in the context of advancing technology, connectivity, and the need of getting more done, faster.

And you’re trying to stay on board, but you can feel the price you’re paying for it. You’re staying in the loops of productivity, yet your body and mind drift out of control.

And it’s not like you’re not doing your inner work.

You’ve analysed your triggers. You’re doing therapy. You can name all the Why’s, and have become an expert on your childhood trauma, attachment patterns, shadow work.

And yet you’ve never really felt the actual relief of yourself being at peace, and your body still keeps throwing you signals of panic and fear that feel way too overwhelming to handle. 

So, frustratingly, you do all the right things and practices to understand and soothe your symptoms, but the anxious feeling stays.

It’s not that you’ve gone wrong. You simply haven’t touched the root of the problem yet.

If you’ve been working on your anxiety through CBT, mindset work, or other forms of classic forms of therapy, you probably know why you are anxious.

But insight alone does not shift how you feel. Most therapies work with a top-down approach, meaning they try to solve anxiety through the mind, by making it understand why it’s ‘misbehaving’.

But in reality, the root of your anxiety lives deep in your body, in your nervous system. So when the years of mind-based work and therapy hasn’t worked for you, it’s because in order to really heal the way your body behaves in response to all the stress and overstimulation of your day to day, you have to meet it bottom-up first.

The head can’t understand what’s real.

But your body does.

In our first Inner Safety session together, we’ll initiate this fundamental shift.

I guide you through a gentle process of reconnecting to the inner safety that’s already available to you, and show you simple organic ways to anchor yourself back into clarity, so you can put your energy back into what genuinely matters to you, without self-sabotaging your plans out of fear.

I know it’s hard to let go of control when all your life, you’ve been taught to keep it together.

Most of us were taught that safety equals control.

In a society where productivity comes before anything else, we learned early - at home, at school, at work - that we’re expected to play a certain role in order to belong, succeed, and be considered “okay.” - even when it means giving more than we can naturally sustain.

And to keep up with those expectations, we were sold a version of safety that promised protection through structure. Rigid, but predictable. Logical.

Stable jobs. Insurance policies. Rigid routines. A “be careful, or else” attitude.

As long as you stay within those boundaries, stay productive, stay useful, you’ll be safe.

And maybe that kind of control keeps you functioning for a while.

Until it doesn’t.

Until you burn out, develop anxiety, and your body starts nudging you to make a change in the way you operate.

Because real life doesn’t happen in perfect, predictable structures. And real safety isn’t found isolated from the neck up in pure intellectual thinking and planning (and worrying about it all).

Real safety is the capacity to respond to life from a place of inner stability and grounding, instead of being tossed around like a leaf in the wind.

I know this is a vulnerable place to stand.

So we begin with an inner re-orientation. A simple yet paradigm-shifting process of moving our internal compass from the spiral of self-doubt and fear towards curiosity and possibility.

Who you work with

My name is Elena Orth and I’ve spent the last two decades studying the human dilemma we all live in.

With a natural deep attunement to the emotional depth and finetunings of life’s energetics, I pivoted my own career from fully licensed architect to soaking up everything I can about our fascinating capacities as human beings.

In my work as a Somatic Coach I am weaving together my vast experiences in nervous system work, my own anxiety disorder healing, Yoga and Somatic movement, eastern as well as western wisdom traditions into an open-edged web of curiosity.

My clients value my grounded energy and feel safe and seen in their authentic capacity building process so they can live life on their own terms.

I genuinely believe that life is worth to be lived, and I am here to compassionately hold a non-judgemental, deeply optimistic space for everyone daring to break out of rigid conditioning and limiting structures and build the resiliency for unscripted living to experience the joy, fulfillment and expansion we all deserve as humans on earth.
