This is a short and sweet 6 days Yoga series that you can pick and mix.

It offers you short practices designed to up- or down- regulate your Nervous System however you need it. Ranging from simple breathwork sessions to full-body Vinyasa sequences, this series can be a great stand-alone routine for maintaining stress-resilience, or an additional support for any other program or transformation you are going through.
