In order to get you in touch with your embodied confidence, we will enter a safe space together to discover what needs to be healed, and hold space for your potential to emerge.

It is a sensitive kind of work and needs us to be present, patient, and comfortable with each other, so that you can allow to be fully yourself, with everything that is part of it.

It’s a judgement-free, loving space, where you can safely unfold.

In our Somatic Coaching session, we are two humans having a real conversation, with the focus on you.

I am taking in all my interested clients through a preliminary Introduction Call, where you can have a feel for the practice and both of us can sense if working together is a match.

In order to complete your booking, I am asking you to fill out a small pre-Introduction Worksheet so we can enter our call with a basic understanding of what is coming to the table, and for you to get a clearer idea of what is really important to you.

You can bring anything you like, and together in the call we’ll distill what exactly needs your attention right now.
