Authentic Living
Where big picture meets identity.
We are here on this planet as a collective of humans, of souls in action, of people sharing a common desire to strive for: happiness.
And yet, each one of us is an individual seed in a big garden, a unique character with its own set of gifts, quirks and dreams.
As much as we seem to want the same ultimate thing, the ways to get there look vastly different for every person. As much as we want to compare ourselves to others, copy lifestyles, or just trying to fit in, we need to find our very own method in order to fulfill our purpose.
Authentic living is a life philosophy that goes against the mainstream of following norms.
It is an invitation to ask the uncomfortable questions and addressing the elephant in the room. Living authentically is a quiet act of inner rebellion that does not just buy doing things how they’ve always been done, or filling in certain roles, and instead throws us on a wild journey of discovering who we truly are, and how we truly want to live.
In this section of my blog I am sharing open-ended questions, shifts of perspective, inspiration for setting boundaries, and experiences with the painpoints on the path of becoming true to yourself.
You are in the right place if you are getting tired from pretending to be anything you are not, or if you are already far down the road of chiseling away the conditioned parts of you and starting to feel yourself again.
Authentic living is for all of us, and we are in this together.
It can be a rocky path, and you might need some support. I have created a Somatic Coaching program that unites full-body inquiry and conscious Somatic Yoga practice in order to steady you on your ride of self-discovery and helps you to smoothen out old blockages and patterns in order to move forward with more freedom and ease. If you are curious, just book a free chat with me so I can tell you more about it.
What changes when we orient in ourselves first before we are setting goals?
